| For a
Web Site to work, it must be created using
technologies that the Web Service can use. In
it's simplest form, it involves the display of Text
and Graphics, but the technologies are able to
provide far more sophisticated functions.
However, a description of these is beyond the scope
of this explanation.
With a
little knowledge and practice, most people should be
able to create simple Web Sites, but the more
complex applications require much higher levels of
expertise which are normally beyond the capabilities
of the average person.
The

on the scale or size, and the type of functionality
required.
The
simplest Web Site (sometimes referred to as the
Business Card Web Site) comprises a single Web Page,
with little or no interactivity. Prices for
this level of Web Site start around €100. A
Web Site with a number of different pages, a Menu of
Links, and some Graphics design work will likely
cost around €300, with a complex Site involving
interactivity (Graphics, Database, Content
Management, etc) may cost into the thousands.
